An excellent hotel, booked a family room and was given a stunning mini apartment with every conceivable extra in the kitchen.
But breakfast was included!!
Lovely pool downstairs.
Parking in the basement was only gripe, you pay extra which should be included in the price and not highlighted as an addon extra.
Parking is ultra secure though.
Loads of restaurants and convenience shops yards from the door.
A quick taxi brings you to the heart of the city in 3 mins for a couple of Euro.
Will definitely stay here again.
Top Tip
The city is at your doorstep.
The Point venue is just down the street and a taxi will drop you anywhere in a couple of minutes if you dont want to walk.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely and clean and airey, however the service was poor. Had tot wait 15 mins for the porter to take bags then when we proceeded to do it ourselves the receptionist started panicing. Restaurant staff very slow.

When we got to the hotel having booked and paid for a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) we were advised that they don't have any rooms to accomodate 4 people and as the hotel was full they couldnt offer us anything! They saw 4 names on the booking but rather than check it out they said they thought it might be a mistake! Our booking clearly stated that we wanted a room for 2 adults and 2 children Not at all happy with the booking service or the hotel!
