Generally good friendly levels of service.
Rooms are clean but some in need of modernisation.
Residents have free entry to hotel nightclub.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Temple Bar, the cultural centre of the city. The hotel should be avoided by those who prefer a quiet location. Bedrooms are in general basic, but clean & practical. Blooms offers simple accommodation with a prime lively location.

Blooms Hotel is a 3-star property in the heart of Dublin. It is recommended for those who enjoy the nightlife, since the hotel's nightclub and pub are busy until late, especially over the weekends. It is therefore better avoided by travelers who are looking for tranquility and don't like the crowds. The lobby is small but bright with a compact seating area. Situated to the immediate left of the entrance, there's the “VAT House” Bar. Just before you enter the bar there's a lift and stairs, which will take you to the bedrooms. A hot and cold Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7.30 am till 11.00 am. There's a public car park located on Fleet Street. The cost is usually 13 Euro for 24 hours.

found hotel dated... breakfast was v good... great place to stay.... otherwise ok ... Please don't use this hotel if you are not prepared to party... Would stay at this hotel again... The breakfast was excellant and plenty of it... The Hotel was great... could do with a lick of paint in some areas... I stayed in blooms hotel in Dublin on the 16 march and thought the rooms and breakfast was very good. ... But I would stay there again ... This hotel was unbelievably tatty.... All in all the worst stay and value for money I've experienced in some time ... I think it's time the hotel had a make over. ... It suited us very well as we were out in the bars all night ... great hotel,...
