The staff were superb, always there when needed but not in your face.
The Hotel offered excellent value for money and I would certainly have no reservations in staying there again.

When arriving at the hotel and checking in, the male receptionist was rude and patronising. He did not welcome us to the hotel. Despite the fact that I had the names and addresses of the party and a confirmation number, he insisted that we go straight up to the business centre to print off a voucher which he was adamant that we needed in order to check in. As he was the first person that we saw in the hotel, this was a poor welcome. I did not care for his manner, very patronising. The porters and the lady in the business centre were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of shops and plenty of restaurants, cafes etc.

this hotel is excellent. High standards and the staff are very efficient and friendly (they go out of the way to help).
Top Tip
Temple bar is best for pubs/restaurants.

We found the hotel to be relaxing and very comfortable for our needs. Even though I asked for a Double bed we managed to get 2 x no. Queen beds instead (which are smaller than Double beds) especially when my partner and I don't get to see eachother very often - it proved to be slightly uncomfortable and we were booked into rooms with feather pillows and duvets which I'm very allergic to and made me come out in a rash. I know I have to be careful but I had requested this to be changed on my original booking online - never mind this was changed immediately. Overall the whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. If you are going out after 8pm and the evening staff pull down your bedding and you are getting ready or having a nap make sure they come back later so that you get your slippers and water laid out for you - nice treat for the evening.
