Opened in 1999, the Morrison is a contemporary style boutique hotel designed by Douglas Wallace and John Rocha. The interior is very modern. The lobby is spacious and nicely decorated with pale walls, original artworks, white cloth sofas and dark armchairs. The contrasting white, black and red colour scheme, along with soft lighting and candles, lend a relaxing atmosphere to the sitting area. There is also a long carpet representing the River Liffey. This stylish hotel is not part of any group and its owner is passionate about art.
